How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

How are items shipped?
Bookmarks, sticker and debit card skins are shipped securely in a rigid mailer to ensure they arrive safely and flat.

Glass Cups/Tumblers/Other items
Glass cups are carefully wrapped in protective cushioning and shipped in sturdy packaging to ensure safe delivery.

Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays. Orders placed during these times will begin processing the next business day.

How long does shipping take once shipped?
Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary during holidays or peak postal seasons.

Can I track my order?
Yes! All orders include tracking once shipped.

Please note: USPS delivery times may be extended during peak holiday seasons.

International Shipping:

International customers are responsible for customs fees, VAT, and import duties required by their country.

Orders begin processing immediately. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, cancellations are not guaranteed after purchase.

Once an order has shipped, it is considered final sale.

International orders are final once shipped. Return shipping, customs fees, and duties are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
